Spatii moved out of stealth with a public site setting out what we are building, where development stands, and what we have not yet proven.

International patent application filed
PCT/AU2026/050792 filed, claiming priority from our Australian provisional application of August 2025. It covers the dual-system architecture and the felt spatial encoding.

Regulatory pathway work began
We started formal work on classification under the Australian therapeutic goods framework, with a licensed regulatory consultant, rather than assuming the device sits outside it.

Prototype hardware and software built
Custom circuit boards, embedded firmware, the companion application and the on-device intelligence were designed and built in-house, and are now on their fourth hardware revision.

Australian provisional patent application filed
The first filing, establishing the priority date the later international application claims from.

What is coming next. The regulatory classification determination, a structured participant study under ethics approval, and Australian electrical and radio certification. We will post each one here when it is done, not when it starts. See research & regulatory for the detail.
