This site does not track you.
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording. One third-party request remains, and it is described below.
What this website collects
We collect nothing about you ourselves. We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts, which is also why you were not shown a consent banner.
Two ordinary technical points, for completeness:
- Our hosting provider processes standard web server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for delivery and security. We do not use those logs to build any profile of visitors.
- Typefaces are currently served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Google receives your IP address, the page address and standard browser headers as part of that request. We intend to self-host these files and remove the request entirely.
If you email us
Your email address, your message and anything you attach are held in our business email account so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. We use it for that purpose only.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. If you ask to be told when the device becomes available, we keep your address for that single purpose until you tell us to remove it, or until we have told you.
Research participants
Information collected from people taking part in user testing or research studies is handled separately from this website, under the consent and ethics arrangements applying to that study. Participants are given those details directly before taking part, and nothing about participation is published without consent.
Your rights, and how to reach us
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Email nabil@spatii.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
